What We Install

The Door Should Last 20+ Years. Pick Right Once.

A new garage door is the single largest curb-appeal upgrade a house can get for the money. Pick the right model, get it installed level, and it should be the last one you buy for that opening.

Steel Doors

Single or double-layer steel — the workhorse of East Valley garages. Long-lasting, low-maintenance, and the most cost-effective entry point into a new door. Available in dozens of factory color and panel options.

Insulated Doors

Polystyrene or polyurethane core. Cuts heat soak into the house, drops garage temps in summer, and quiets the door noticeably. R-9 through R-18 depending on what you want out of the space.

Modern Flush-Panel

Clean, flat, contemporary. The look that goes with newer East Valley builds and any home doing a modern facelift. Available in matte black, anthracite, and full RAL color matching.

Carriage-Style

Wood-look steel composite with optional decorative hardware. Common in Las Sendas, FireRock, Mountain Bridge, Adero Canyon. Looks like a real wood carriage door, doesn't crack and warp like one.

HOA-Compliant Selection

We work in HOA neighborhoods every week and we know the common color, panel, and window restrictions. We'll help you pick something the board will approve the first time, and supply the spec sheets if they need them.

Same-Day Haul-Away

The old door leaves with us. We dispose of it properly, clean up the install area, and the only thing you're left with is a new door that works. No "we'll come back for that pile next week."

Hardware Upgrades

Quiet nylon rollers, heavy-duty extended-life springs, decorative handles and hinges. Worth bundling at install time — labor's already there, prices are better.

Smart Opener Bundles

New door + new belt-drive smart opener + Wi-Fi pairing as a single quote. Quieter, faster, smarter than the old chain-drive that came with the house. We pair it to your phone before we leave.

How an Install Goes

No Mystery, No Sales Routine

1

You Tell Us What You Want

Call (602) 318-7203. Nick walks you through the choice — steel vs. insulated, panel style, color, windows or no windows, HOA constraints. We match you with 2 or 3 doors that fit instead of overwhelming you with a hundred.

2

You Get a Real Price

Door, install, haul-away, hardware, opener (if you're bundling) — all in one written quote. $200 off current installs included. No "we'll quote it on-site" runaround.

3

The Door Goes In

Most installs finish in a single day. We pull the old door, set the new one level, balance and tension it, run the safety reverse, and walk you through the new opener if it came with one.

Installation FAQs

Questions We Get Most Often

How long does it take to get a new garage door delivered and installed?

Most stocked steel and insulated doors in standard sizes go in within 1 to 2 weeks of order. Custom carriage-style or specialty colors can run 3 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Install itself is usually a single day, including haul-away of the old door.

Will my new garage door be HOA-compliant?

Yes. We work in HOA neighborhoods all over the East Valley — Power Ranch, Trilogy, Sun Lakes, Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Las Sendas — and we know the typical color, panel, and window restrictions. We'll help you pick a door your HOA will approve, and we can provide spec sheets if your board needs them.

What R-value insulation should I get for an Arizona garage?

If the garage is attached and you ever spend time in it (workshop, gym, second fridge), R-12 to R-18 is the sweet spot — it noticeably cuts the heat soak into the house in summer. Pure storage garage with no living space above? R-9 is fine. We'll talk through your specific setup before quoting.

Do new garage doors need to meet wind load codes in Arizona?

Maricopa and Pinal counties don't have hurricane-grade wind load requirements like coastal states, but reputable doors are still rated for monsoon-season gusts. We install doors that meet or exceed the local code, and we make sure the bracing is right for the wall opening on every install.

What warranty comes with a new garage door installation?

Manufacturer warranties on the door panels typically run from 10 years to limited lifetime depending on the brand and model. Springs and rollers carry separate warranties. Our labor warranty on the install is 1 year — if anything we touched isn't right, we come back and fix it at no charge.
