No Catch

How Specials Work at Copper State

Most "garage door specials" you see online are loss-leaders designed to get a commission-paid technician through your door, where the actual sale happens. Ours aren't. Here's how they work in practice.

Mention the Special When You Call

The price quoted on the phone — including the special — is the price on the invoice. No "the technician noticed something else" routine. No surprise add-ons.

No Upsell Pressure to Qualify

You don't have to "also" buy a new opener to get the spring price. You don't have to commit to a maintenance plan to get the install discount. Each special stands on its own.

One Per Household, Valid Through End of Year

The pricing on this page is valid through December 31. One special per household per service. If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, call and ask — we'll tell you straight.

ROC-Compliant Pricing

Arizona ROC #364315 requires written pricing on contracted work. You'll get a written quote before any work begins, and the invoice matches the quote. That's not a Copper State policy — it's the law, and we follow it.

Honest Limitations

The $499 spring price covers a standard torsion-pair replacement on a typical residential door. Oversized commercial doors, custom-cone setups, or jobs requiring drum or shaft replacement run higher — but we'll tell you that on the phone, not on-site. Same logic for the $200 install discount: door cost varies by model, size, insulation, and finish, but the $200 comes off whatever the install line is.
